Principal
Gil has had long and diverse career in the airline Industry. Having started as an Aircraft Technician, he progressed to Aircraft Inspector, Aircraft Maintenance Manager, Director of Maintenance Planning, Aircraft Sales and Business Development, and Senior Manager Aircraft transfers. He has successfully established a reputation for leveraging his technical and administrative expertise to manage any project.
Gil is a motivating leader with a history of cultivating highly engaged, top-performing teams. Additionally, he is a polished communicator with the ability to cement genuine relationships and galvanize cross-functional groups towards a common goal.
His practical experience is complemented by graduate studies in Finance, a Bachelor of Business Administration and Marketing degree, FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate and Aircraft Inspection Qualified.
VP of Operations
Michael has over thirty years of experience in aviation. He is an Air Force Veteran and has had a successful career in commercial aviation. As the leader of an FAA Certified145 MRO facility, he has worked to drive growth, quality, and accountability within his organization. In addition, Michael has a B.S. Degree from Embry Riddle in Professional Aeronautics, he has held the role Accountable Manager for our FAA, EASA 145, BCAA, and CAA certificates.
Michael has an extensive background in servicing, repairing and approving aircraft maintenance and modifications on all major fleet types. In addition to working with MRO facilities he has coordinated with engineering and support organizations and both FSDO and DAR representatives for repair approvals, ferry flight authorizations and configuration changes.
Michael is a polished communicator, has a green belt in Lean and is an expert project manager that will work hard at reducing cycle times and representing his customer in a professional and measured manner.
